1. What they are
Cookies are small files a website may store in your browser to retrieve information on later visits. Other technologies, such as local storage, can retain preferences or identifiers on the device.
2. What this website uses
Necessary storage: xpixel.cookie-consent.v2 in local storage remembers your choice for 180 days. It does not identify your enquiry and is not sent to Google. Language is selected through the page address.
Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and measure visits and submitted enquiries. We configure a maximum duration of 180 days without automatic renewal. GA4 configuration and events do not activate before Analytics consent. GA4 events contain no name, email, company, message, URL parameters or fragments. To identify the source of the first visit, we retain only the origin (protocol and domain) from a limited list of search engines, AI assistants and social networks: Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads. We do not collect searches, conversations or source paths. Other sources, or those withheld by the browser, remain unidentified. Google processes browser identifiers and connection data, including the IP address, to provide the service.
Optional advertising: configured advertising tags load only after Advertising consent. Google Ads may use _gcl_* (90 days) and IDE (up to 13 months in the EEA); Meta may use _fbp and _fbc; LinkedIn Insight Tag may use li_gc (6 months), li_sugr (90 days), bcookie (1 year) and a first-party advertising identifier. These support campaign attribution and visitor audiences. Their presence and duration depend on the provider, browser settings and platform login. Consult current inventories at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies, facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies and linkedin.com/legal/l/cookie-table. Our 180-day preference period does not automatically limit third-party cookies.
Only after Advertising consent, advertising tags may receive technical click identifiers from Google, Meta or LinkedIn and campaign parameters from a fixed list to attribute visits and enquiries to ads. These are not added to the enquiry form. We allow only known public paths and anchors, reviewed campaign parameters and identifiers with restricted formats; tags are blocked for unsupported values or referrers. This can limit campaign attribution. Our enquiry events fire only after storage is confirmed; opening an email, clicking a link or a failed submission is not a received enquiry. Enquiry details are not used for advanced matching or customer list uploads. Footer social links are ordinary links: merely displaying them does not load their platforms.
3. Browser settings
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting browser data does not delete enquiries already submitted; use the privacy contact to request erasure.
You can accept or reject all options with equal ease, or choose Analytics and Advertising separately in Configure. Cookie preferences lets you change or withdraw each consent on every page. Withdrawal removes accessible first-party cookies for that category and reloads the page if tags were active. We cannot delete other domains’ cookies or data already received by platforms from xpixel.io; manage them in your browser or exercise your rights. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. If local storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the current page session.
